Jaco Real Estate is so diverse that almost any invsestor can find something to invest in and something that will bring them a great return. Many people come to Jaco on their vacation to Costa Rica and see all of the beachfront developments and think they missed out and that there are no more deals left.
Quite to the contrary, there are still low cost lots available right in Jaco for under $50K, condos for $50 to $100K, land in the hills for a few dollars a meter etc. Yu can get houses for well under $100K. The problem is that the REALTORS do not want to show them to you because they and the majority of the condo developers want you to think that Jaco is EXCLUSIVE!
